| Merit OpenShop
Contractor's Association is proud to announce their
partnership with the OEL. Through this partnership, OEL
members will be able to waive the MOCAO annual fees when
signing up for the Hourbank Plan and become Merit
OpenShop Contractor's Association members. You will be
supporting the OEL as MOCAO will also be paying a
marketing fee to the OEL for each new benefit plan
member. Together MOCAO and the OEL will advocate to all
levels of government for all open shop contractors.
